Figura Conectar o cabo e a fonte de alimentação Etapa 5 Ligar a impressora Ajuste o visor em um ângulo confortável e pressione o botão Liga/Desliga para ligar a impressora. Figura Ajustar o visor e pressionar o botão Liga/Desliga Etapa 6 Carregar papel na bandeja Siga as etapas abaixo para colocar papel na bandeja de entrada. Levante a bandeja de saída. Figura Levante a bandeja de saída e puxe para fora o extensor da bandeja de entrada se necessário Para colocar papel de grandes dimensões, abra o extensor da bandeja de entrada o máximo possível. Deslize as guias de largura do papel para fora, até o máximo possível. Insira uma pilha de papel comum, novo e limpo na bandeja de entrada, com a borda curta para a frente, e o lado de impressão voltado para baixo. cuidado Não coloque papel enquanto a impressora estiver imprimindo. Podem ocorrer congestionamentos ou problemas de alimentação de papel. Posicione a pilha de papel no meio da bandeja de entrada e deslize a pilha para a frente até que pare. Ajuste as guias de largura de modo que se acomodem à pilha de papel. Não empurre as guias em excesso a ponto de prender o papel. Figura Abaixar a bandeja de papel, puxar para fora o extensor da bandeja e virar para cima o coletor de papel Puxar o extensor da bandeja de saída Virar o coletor de papel para cima Etapa 7 Definir o idioma e o país/região Siga estas etapas para definir o idioma e o país/região. No painel de controle da impressora, toque na seta para baixo até que o idioma desejado seja exibido. Toque no idioma desejado e toque em Sim para aceitar a configuração do idioma. Toque na seta para baixo até que o país/região desejado seja exibido. Toque no país/região desejado e toque em Sim para aceitar a configuração do país/região. Etapa 8 Instalar os cartuchos Siga estas etapas para instalar os cartuchos de impressão. cuidado A ocorrência de falha ao instalar os cartuchos de INSTALAÇÃO que vieram com a impressora causa erro de cartucho. Pressione o botão Liga/Desliga para ligar a impressora, caso ainda não esteja ligada. Levante a porta de acesso ao carro de impressão e abra a porta de acesso aos cartuchos. Segure o cartucho com os contatos elétricos voltados para a impressora. Deslize o novo cartucho de tinta no compartimento correto e, com cuidado, empurre-o para a frente até encaixá-lo no lugar. observação Certifique-se de que o ícone colorido na etiqueta do cartucho corresponda ao ícone colorido do compartimento. The printer is setup for wireless printing on the network, will print with the Windows supplied drivers If we point it to the IP of the printer, but it will not allow the software to install when we run through it. I have tried uninstalling all HP software from the computer, tried a reboot then reinstalled the software again with no luck. When it eventually seems to give up/time out, it states that the installation failed but doesn't seem to give an error at all, just a retry button, cancel button or help button. I have tried the HP print and scan doctor, with similar results on its attempt to reinstall things afterwards. This printer software installed fine on another computer, also on Windows 10, on the same network, so I know it is not the printer alone, or the network. I have a third computer on the network that the software seemed to install on, but it does not give access to all of the correct paper sizes and doesn't seem to see it to scan to either. The only other thing I can think of that both of the non installing PCs have in common is they are both Lenovo computers, and the one with no problems is a Dell. Yes No ‎04-15-2017 1023 PM HP Recommended Mark as New Bookmark Subscribe Permalink Print Flag Post On the computer that was not showing the right sizes, I did get that to fix using these in working with the computer that wouldn't install the printer on the network successfully, I tried what you suggested and got the same result it gave me before, it failed on the install, I asked it to troubleshoot, it downloaded the diagnostic dll and tried again and failed again...the error or message at the end simply said it failed and offered me to retry again, not giving any error number or anything. I then tried a clean reboot on the Windows 10 machine, did the Microsoft install helper you suggested, uninstalled with it, then tried the reinstall again, and again it hung on after selecting wireless printer setup and just said "installing Network Printer" for a very long time, then said "Unsuccessful network installation" and "the printer was unable to be installed over the network" like it always does...Any other suggestions? I have some information I pulled from a Belarc Advisor profile, if any of that will help, but at this point, I can't imagine what is stopping this from working.
